We aim to keep ticket prices as affordable as possible for individuals. As a non profit foundation, all sponsorship revenue is reinvested directly into the conference. This allows us to offer individual tickets at a price that is lower than the actual cost of hosting the event, without compromising on quality.


What does your ticket include

Regardless of ticket price or registration type, all attendees receive the same full access. Every ticket includes entry to all conference areas, talks, and workshops. A buffet lunch is provided on both days, along with drinks available throughout the conference.


Registration types

Corporate

The Corporate registration is intended for attendees whose participation is funded by their employer. Corporate tickets help us balance affordability across the conference. Revenue from corporate registrations directly supports the overall cost of running the event and enables us to keep individual and academic ticket prices significantly lower.

Individual

The Individual registration is for attendees who are paying for the ticket themselves. This includes people who are not currently employed, work for a non profit or research institution, or are attending without company funding.

Academic

Academic and student registrations are available to full time students and faculty or staff members of educational institutions. Eligible attendees will be asked to provide proof of status after completing registration.

Corporate ticket if your company pays or you reimburse it, at Early Bird pricing.
Individual ticket if your company cannot pay it, at Early Bird pricing.
Academic ticket for students (proof required).
